AM - 8.5 DogTown/Sunrise.  Actually might have been a little more today.  Running was nice this morning with good temps and the left achilles starting to feel a little better and the right being walk-on-able.  Then back to the usual morning route with the team and we had no gun sightings, but there was a possible bomb sighting in the mall parking lot.  (Peg Black 334.75)

afternoon - 4.25 Sandburgs. Ran into Marlar territory and we all survived. Finished up with some 200's on the track at a pretty decent pace. (Kinvara grey 128.5)
