AM - 10 Wendy's run. Back at it early before we took off to Vegas. Pace was a bit better than last night, but I didn't time it. I just wanted to end the week a little better than last night's run. (Cumulus silver 29.1) Some good things this week: Hit biggest mileage ever! Had a great workout Monday. However, Weds. and Fridays' runs were a bit poor. Goals for next week: Cut the mileage a bit 90-95. Have a strong long run on Friday morning. Hit a good set of 1200's. Feel faster and stronger. |
