AM - 10.25 Foremaster/Starbucks. Started what will be the usual routine now. Ran Foremaster. Didn't feel too bad, but it took a minute to warm up. Then sith the team on a 30 minute morning run. (Lyte33 106.25)
afternoon - 8 10x1 lappers. After day 1 of school, got out to practice and ran a bit with the youngsters. Then got into some grass 800's with the boys. As they got a little slower, I got a little quicker. That is the biggest thing about my running and theirs... They can dust me for a bit, but my aerobic base can beat them in the long run every time. Cooled a bit. Iced instead of lifting today. (Hyper Speed 2 525) |
