morning - 9 Woods Ranch. Ran off the hill toward the WR side with Nathan and my nephew Ben. Helped he back up the big climb and then went on the short section of the trail. That really bugged my heel, but when I jumped on the road back to camp, things got quick for a couple miles. (Peg black33 324.75)
