AM - 15 Fields Run. Big Workout #17. 4 mile warm/7 Tinman/4 cool. Didn't really hit this one as well as I would have liked. Legs still fatigued, tired in the morning, dark, lack of concentration. A lot of reasons - but all in all, I just didn't run as hard as I should have. Between 6:03-6:10 on the Tinman miles. I've got to get focused, especially when I have to do these on my own and early. (Landreth 357.6) afternoon - 4 Sienna Hills Park. Ran out to the park and did my 8x100 striders barefoot on the grass. They were very slow and sluggish just like I am. (Cumulus silver 551.85) |
