AM - 10 Bank and back w/ James and then XC I just did Roundabout w/ a few different groups of kids while the Varsity went up to Highland.  Maybe one of the worst runs of my life.  A very good thought heading into a big race!  My legs were like bricks.  I dug back into them with the stick when I finished (did 40 mins. of the foam roller on them last night).  (Stratus red 465.5)

I am in full taper mode. Yesterday was only 16 and this morning was the only run today and tomorrow will just be a 7 in the morning and the 7 in the evening!

No,I'm feeling better now! Sorry I missed practice this morning. I was sleep deprived. Stayed up to late at the Chelsie Petersen's race. I'll still get a run in later. Wont happen again.

Thanks coach holt. I wanted to run with chandis and rachel 5 today but with the race yesterday I felt really slow. I'm gonna try and run with them tomorrow.
