AM - 8 DM. Abs and then a walk with the dogs. Did he tempo with the girls and some of the JV guys. We are missing quite a big group of the V crew, but those that are here did great, and the younger crew really stepped up and did well. This pace doesn't seem to bug the hammy at all.
