AM - 8 Twix/grass. Hit the same route with Twix this morning then practice. Felt a bit tight from lifting yesterday, and the strikers were tough on me (but I did 4 and that was a good start). Then finished while running around at kids club. I really love our program - coaches, kids, parents, everything we do. PV is an amazing place - no wonder so many try and imitate it!
