AM - 10.1 Parkway with James and then Washington Loop with a little added up into Green Springs. Still feeling and running pretty slow. Hopefully it will start to come around a little by the end of the week. (Stratus red 361.85)

afternoon - 9.25 Grapevine Springs/West Ledge/Highland Park with 5 barefoot grass striders and another few laps around the park to hit 1.5 barefoot. A bit breezy which kept the temp very bareable. Legs seemed like they are about to break through the fatigue. (Cumulus blue 223)

Pool Running - 10 min. this afternoon

Dave, Considering your 31 mi. on Sat. you should be taking it a little easy and giving yourself some slack. I like to make weeks after an event a "celebration" week. Meaning that everything I do is allowed to be comfortable and slow. You were fantastic Sat. keep up the great work.

Ken, I'm not really too worried about the speed (or lack thereof). But you start to get antsy... you know what I mean!

Ya I do know. That's why those good days feel so good. Feeling like you are making progress and the work is paying off. Remember the good days.
