Wasn't able to get out. Needed to sleep, so didn't get up early and then when we got back from Provo, it was too late to function. Goals for next week: Had some decent mileage for missing Saturday. Could have been mid 70's without much effort if I had run Saturday. So... goal for mileage is to get over 80. Long run of 18 on Monday and get a very good 400 workout on Tuesday. Set myself up for a great summer of running in this last week of school. |
