AM - weights and abs. No dog in town, so no need for a walk this morning. But it actually would have been nice - however, I didn't sleep well last night at all, so the extra rest was needed.
afternoon - 6.25 Shoe Run. Plenty hot out. I often hear NoUtah coaches complain that we have nicer weather to train in down here... well any team is welcome to come on down; from now to mid-Oct today's 90 is as cool as it's going to get! (And you can try out the 110's when school starts back up in mid-August and we are hitting mile reps at Bloomington Hills North Park.)
