Dave, I haven't had much time to blog, but I've been thinking about you and your race. Don't get too down on yourself. Unfortunately we can't always control when we get sick or an injury occurs. Be proud you went out attempted the marathon and finished, even though we know it wasn't what you were hoping for I'm sure like you mentioned there will be times in future races you can draw from this experience. I'm sure if you have another summer of Dave you'll have a great marathon this fall. Like Logan mentioned he didn't have the best race last year at Ogden, but had a amazing race 5 months later. I'm sure you'll do the same.
On a different topic, if you don't mind I would like to come over and look at your pool sometime. We are seriously thinking about putting one in this summer and I'm trying to get some ideas.
The good news is your not sore. So when your mentally ready to "get back on" so to speak... you'll be ready to pick up right where you were. I really wish we would have ran Boston too. I don't know if I'll always feel that way but this year I really missed being there.
Oh- most likely I'll be gone on my fishing trip on Thursday for the club run. So good luck with Bill and Steven.
Thanks for the advise today. Hey i got a problem i got offered by the fastrunningblog Ragnar team to join there team, im sure the second one and they said were trying to go 1-2 in the race, or i could race for you guys. I want to know what you think, cause i got to get back to them by the end of the week. Thanks
