AM - 6 2xAC. Hips feel totally jacked and my legs are spent and my attitude is blah. (Cumulus white 870.4) afternoon - 5 Grass. Sneaked in a few before the meet this afternoon barefoot out on the grass. Felt really good. I need more of this. Hopefully this helps out the hips a bit. Even though it was just looping, it was fun to be out barefoot. Wish we had a nice big park down here, but that will never happen - too much $ to be had in selling the land off to developers.
