AM - 9 3/4's. Typical Monday morning run. I used to run really well on Monday's, but since I no longer get any rest on Sunday Monday has become a junk run day (especially when you eat horribly like I did all weekend). (Triumph silver 673.55) afternoon - 13.5 Fields. Ran 5 sets of 2minHard+1minEasy, 1minH+30secE, 30secH+30secE. It is a good strong speed workout without having to be on the track. The team did well with it. Then home and a bit with the dog and Pyper. (Connect 46)
