AM - 11.5 Twix/track. Ran a few with the dog and then at practice we did some track work after a warm to Harts and then a cool around the 10 min loop. The work was 2x1200, 2x(2x400, 600) all at CV pace. Felt pretty good. I have always really enjoyed the 1200 distance; I don't know why. I just remember doing 1200's as a Freshy and really killing them. It is actually one of the events in my life that sticks out as an "I should really be a runner" type of thought. On the 600 however, my hammy started to tighten up pretty good. So I pulled out and didn't get the second set in - just jogged around to try and loosen up. The mornings are awesome right now. afternoon - 3.25 Sandburgs. Easy run around in the Sandburgs desert. I always envision an awesome XC course there. If only I had a few million dollars I could buy it - anybody want to start a gofundme? (Riders 700.25)
