afternoon 13 - 5x1000's. Warmed up for 5, 3 around school and then DI. Then headed for a tough day on the track. Boys are just getting stronger, and I tried to hand in there with them. But today I just didn't ever really click. 3:13, 3:12, 3:13, 3:20, 3:15. Struggled on the fourth and worked hard to bring it back on the fifth to something decent. DI cool, weights, and Molly's 8th run. Hips were aching a bit warming up and really hurt afterward into the night.
