AM - 8.5 Neighborhood/Sunrise. With the dog out and about for a bit. Then to practice for the morning run. (Kinvara silver 491.5) afternoon - 10.5 DI/track. Warmed up and did 6x1600. Did the first three with Nick at 5:22, :20, :15. Then he was out so I joined the next group of boys and we brought it in at 5:22. Then Josie needed someone to help her out since she was a little late and we did 6:25 and 6:20. All with 3 minute recovery and then a little cool down with the boys. Actually lifted a little bit after which felt pretty good. The workout was good and I felt pretty good through the four faster 1600's. Then the ones with Jos actually made a pretty good recovery.
