morning - Big Workout #13 9 Tinman (DNF).  Apparently my legs weren't as ready as I thought they were when I started out.  Warmed up with Molly's Mile and then into the Fields.  First TM mile showed signs of struggle, but really nothing too far out of the ordinary - 6:05, just where I was two weeks ago when I did this workout.  Followed it up with a 6:01, but I had to work too hard for it.  Struggled through a couple more and then decided to slow up for the 4.5-5 section to try and finish the workout.  Only took .5 more to realize that it just wasn't going to work, so I brought it on home with an easy run the rest of the way.  Hopefully by getting the legs going a little, even though I didn't finish, it tells the body that it is time to get back on track.  I'll decide later in the week if I'll try 1000's on Thursday.  (Triumph 122)

noon - 8 Grapevine/Coral Canyon.  Didn't have a much of a turnaround on this one, but I was tired anyway and knew it would be slow so why delay.  Saw that the temps are going to get to 100 by the end of the week, not really excited about that.  (Cumulus white  707.85)

Gee, sorry I was a little ahead of you last week. You don't have to run my weekly total in one day! I am bowing, hail to King Dave! Hey, nice workout, it's been a blast running with you again.
