morning - 5.5 grass. Molly's Mile and then over to practice and 3 barefoot miles. Felt good again today. (Stratus black 652.45)(Barefoot '10 65.5) weights - moved up to 3 sets of light weights. PM - 7.5 Club. Small showing - to be expected less than a week after a marathon. Ran the Bloomington loop and I felt pretty tired. (Cumulus gold 551.75)
