afternoon - 3 on track. Back at it. I figured my lungs would be a little spent, but that my legs wouldn't be too bad coming around - wrong. I felt like an old man. But my lungs felt decent. I didn't push the pace by any means and only ran laps so I could quit if I needed. But it was nice to get moving again. I think I'll bump it up just a little tomorrow. (Landreth 18.55)

I know that old man feeling. It will pass as your body gets back to full strength. How is Ruth doing this track season?

Welcome back. I'm glad to see you on the "road" to recovery. I'm sure you will surprise yourself how quickly you bounce back.

Good luck on the recovery. Hopefully you will be ready for a strong run at SLC. Get well my friend.

Good to see your post. It will come back sooner than you think. Just nice and easy this week.

Glad to see you're back at it. Hope you are able to get back to full speed soon.

Thanks guys, this has been the longest I have been off since my stroke, so it is weird coming back.

Ken, Ruth is running amazing. She just set the school record in the 3200 with a 11:24.
