Up way late (for me) getting home from a track meet Friday night. And then up way to early to head back up to the track meet to try and get a run in. Blah. Had a pretty good week up to Saturday. Got pretty steady miles in and felt like I was recovering okay. Still a little fatigued though. Goals for next week: get back on the track a little. Get back into the weight room. Hit a long run of 15 miles. Try and get some miles in up at the track meet in Provo. |
