AM - 8 Strip Mall. Simple, boring, out and back to the first entrance to the Strip Mall by way of the old house. Who needs an entertaining run when it's too dark to see anyway? (Cumulus red 499.85 - they are now retired. Good pair of shoes, I have two more Cumulus 9's. I enjoy the feel of the Cumulus series.)

afternoon - 10.6 Parkway extended to Dino Tracks.  A pretty crappy run.  Started off with the kids and they were having fun, but the pace was a bit slower than it should have been.  Then As I went up into the desert, I really slowed up.  I was just very tired/sleepy.  (Cumulus blue 18.7)

Question- do we still have that big canopy for track? I don't remember if it was still in working order after state. If so, is there anyway I could borrow it for the weekend? Do you know what I'm talking about? I kind of need to know ASAP, so blog, email, or call me when you get this.

Do you know what might help you increase your time? Cutting your hair so it is better "missionary appropriate" Ha Ha Ha! Nice run today, and congrats on doing your best mileage week ever. I am very proud of you!

coach Holt did wear a Tie at school today! WOW. However, he still looks like a seventies child! I am proud of him to. The young man can flat out run!

Growing my hair out hasnt made me any quicker. Oh well. We are talking about back hair right? Remember to keep your eyes shut also. You dont want to see anything "inappropriate" while running.
