AM - 6 AC/Lutheran.  I wanted to get up earlier and get a bigger morning in, but after staying up late and waking up multiple times with a sick E-babes, the extra minutes were necessary.  But then the run ended up being real nice and I wished I had dragged out - especially now that I remembered about stupid P/T Conferences stealing all my afternoons this week.  (Free 709.95)

afternoon - 10 Parkway.  Good run with the boys.  Pushed a few sections including the last .3 miles at some sort of vicious pace trying to catch Michael.  (Boston 903.5)
