AM - 12 Target Loop.  Back at it this morning.  Run took a little longer than expected.  Didn't feel bad, just kind of in recovery mode.  (Landreth orange 49.75)

afternoon - 10 GS/PL/Midd.  A little bit tired for this run.  Obviously tired from last week, but I am also coming down with a cold.  Took Laney and Molly around the block when I got home.  (Stratus black  250.1)

I hope you are in recovery mode after 153 miles last week!

You are amazing, keep it up.

Sorry I didn't talk to you longer at the meeting. You looked like you were pretty into filling out that survey, I'm sure you got many great things from that meeting. Anyway, great job last week with the training. Like Bill said you are just a machine.
