AM - 11 Clyde's. Sneaked a little in before the group. Had a decent run. Legs starting to feel the higher mileage for last week and the first of this week. HR was at 40 this morning - higher this morning because of yesterday's workout? We'll see as I track it a bit. (Oregon 504)
afternoon - 10.5 River Run. Extended this run back up the Trail to Nowhere. Took it pretty easy the whole way. (Rocket 498.25)
