AM - 10 Provo. Same run as yesterday. On the way back I threw in 4xmile at 5:40 pace with 1 min. recovery. Goal was to freshen up the legs with the cruise interval pace - felt pretty good and ready for two more good weeks. (Kinvara 381.85)
Made it through State Track week (with some success and some failures for the team - and me!) Goals for next week: Have a good strong week. Mileage up around 90-95. Keep hip feeling good. Have a good attitude. Strong workouts on the Upper Half and last long run on Saturday.
