AM - 10.5 Wendy's. Went out on the Wendy's loop and then took Molly around the block.  Temps out are perfect, just a little chill to keep it fresh.  (Stratus grey 119.60)

afternoon - 13.5.  Started with 5 barefoot on the grass.  Then had about a 25 minute break for a swine flu meeting at school.  Then hit up 5 more with Kimz and Aust out in the firestation desert.  Finished with 2450.  Getting back, I was able to get a chiro adjustment from one of the kid's dads.  It was the first time I have ever had one, I was cracking all over - kind of scary in a way.  (Landreth 799.75)

Hit 500 for the first time ever in a calendar month!

Coach. . .I talked to you earlier this week about a possibility of me going up to watch at BYU? I understand one way or the other.

Nice month, guy. With that xc mileage thing, I'm thinking 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000, with some kind of schwag w/ the mileage splattered all over it for each. What do you think?

COACH! Was Boyer really there after practice today! I totally forgot.. It didn't look like anyone really was talking about it??

From superfly on Fri, May 01, 2009 at 16:32:41 from 209.33.210.52

Nice month.

Are you not going to BYU? Let me know if your doing something Saturday morning. I'd love to run with you guys. I do have a baptism to be at by 10 a.m so I'd need to be done by 9ish. If that works I'd love to come. If not I may do 2 loops out on the Utah hill loop Friday (today) night.

And only 30 days in the month!
