Worked up in Park City today, so decided to take my stuff up their to run. Still sore today so I took it nice and easy again. Route was fairly hilly and going downhill was not very fun. 10 miles @ 8:18 pace.

Long run today. Probably wasn't ready for it yet after the half marathon on Saturday, but I will be real busy the next few days and not sure when I would have time for a long run. So I decided to give it a try. Started out ok, but struggled mightily the last few miles. I guess that is not unexpected. Anyways ran around Holladay and averaged about 8:15 pace or so.
