13 miles up at Jeremy Ranch with Josh, James, Jake, Fritz, Rob and Collin. They were nice enough to let me and James tag along and try to hang with them. These runs are great for me because they make me push it a little, though it is nothing for those guys. 7:27 average pace for the run with a couple faster miles.

Had the day off today and will be busy most of the weekend so did my long run today. Did 18 miles around Holladay at average pace of 7:16. Warm up of 6 miles and then decided to do an 8 mile tempo. Splits were 6:39, 6:37, 6:26, 6:30, 6:35, 6:36, 6:24, 6:25. Average for tempo was 6:31.
