Today we did 5X500m. hill repeats @ 90%. I was quite a bit dehydrated, but I still managed to get through them.
7 miles today & little valley, then kids camp afterwards. Afternoon run too.
Vo2 max test today. I didn't feel that great, and i took it out way too fast, and died off. We also did the Chelsi's Run 5K today too.
We did a run today at Navao Lake in Cedar. I felt pretty good, even though I tripped a lot... I got some new shoes later, and then did my afternoon run in them too.
