2 mile warmup, 5*500m hill repeats w/ recovery back to the start, and cooldown to get milage. Pretty rough workout. My legs felt like they were gonna fall off by the end, so that's a good sign. We had Josh Thatcher, Scott, Boston, Sage, and Ben here today representing the alumni. Awesome guys. Josh and John McPhie get home this week too. Pokemon GO is gonna blow their minds :)

7 miles out at Little Valley. Cut through some construction and found a trail that went to the top of one of the mesas around here. Pretty awesome.

 

3 miles in the afternoon with Gingie and Matt. Went and caught like 12 pokemon on the run.

Vo2 max test today. I had a little accident this morning, and my  nerves were shot, so coach just had me stick with Ethan, Tyler and Kacey and push them up. We did pretty good, getting about 10.6 laps in 15 min.

10 miles today out on the Gould's Rim Trail. Beautiful run. Lots of climbs, rolling hills, and canyons. Fell a couple of times, but it was still a great time.

7 miles total. 2 mile warmup, 3*1 mile repeats at 85%, 3:00 recovery between each one, and cooldown to get milage. Was supposed to hit 6:05. Went 6:01, 6:01, and 5:57. Pretty easy workout, but a good way to finish off the workouts for the week.
