Workout today on the trails by the Thatcher's. We did 10x30 sec. pickups. I felt pretty good. Just getting back into the feel of things.
11miles easy. 3 in the morning and 8 with the team in the afternoon. I felt good, and am glad to be doing doubles again.
We did our workout in the morning as a team today. I did 12x400s. My pace averaged between 1:15 and 1:18. 3 in the afternoon.
