This morning when I woke up and started moving around, my groin felt sore. I have had issues with this in the past and this was what was bothering me in early January for a little bit, but it kind of worked itself out. It didn't feel great though. Running didn't make it worse, but it hurt whether I was running or not and so I only ran 4 today to be safe and to not overuse those muscles today. I set up a meeting with Paul for tomorrow.
