Out and back on the road again. I had to perform surgery on my shoe because it was rubbing my ankle. As good as new.

This afternoon I will continue my 14 year streak of swimming across the lake. .6 miles is the farthest I have swam since last year at this time = slacker.

Yeah, slacker was the first thing that came to my mind. Only a .6 mile swim after 3 straight days of 20+ miles.

Not going for the 140 mile week. If I could live in Montana, not work, and run on dirt roads all day I would probably do it regularly. I don't like running in circles around Sugarhouse but I think that would be the best way to up my miles without doing much harm.

Allie- I wasn't 100% confident that my leg tan lines were gone so I went with the compression shorts.
