20 miles with Jake and Josh in Park City. Snyderville Basin loop from Kimball Junction. Didn't feel good at first but warmed up over the course of the run. Averaged around 6:50.

Speaking of Tennessee, you've got a Piccadilly Cafeteria (all you can eat!!) in Kingsport and Chatanooga but not in Knoxville.
Of course a particularly indiscriminate evening at Morrison's, their main Florida rival, earned the entire Southeastern team a lifetime ban from their establishments.
