| slight wrench/scalpel thrown into the training plan. All of the Halloween fun must have upset my gallbladder so it needed to be removed Saturday morning. Fortunately the doctor did a "laparoscopic cholecystectomy" so the recovery won't be as bad. The bummer is that I probably can't run CIM now. I was feeling really good about it because the added miles were coming easier than I thought they would and for some reason I have had more energy lately.

| Happy Thanksgiving! Easy 9 with Adam up City Creek then ran the Kids 1K with my nephews. They finished #1 and #2 at a 7:30 pace! I spent the 30 minutes after the race convincing #2 that he still was a winner. His excuse was that #1 is two months older. This is just the beginning of a lifetime rivalry.
