| Out and back on the road again. I had to perform surgery on my shoe because it was rubbing my ankle. As good as new. This afternoon I will continue my 14 year streak of swimming across the lake. .6 miles is the farthest I have swam since last year at this time = slacker. |

| Heading back to reality :( No bear sitings. I did receive some good advice from my 3 year old nephew during the trip: no soda, eat more broccoli, no rice krispy treats after brushing your teeth, and no peanut butter. I agree with everything but the peanut butter. I wouldn't survive without it. PM: 3 mile run around the neighborhood. Sweaty! |

Ran through Millcreek and Holladay. I heard that Olympus High is getting an 8 lane track, new swimming pool, turf football field, and 6 brand new tennis courts. I am glad my tax dollars are being put to use.

Elliptical at the gym then 2 hour mountain bike ride. My hip is not feeling good so I think I need to layoff the running for a few days until I see the physical therapist on Thursday. Odds of running the Top of Utah 1/2 are going down. :(
