| This is a run I have thought would be useful for STG prep. I decided to give it a go today. I started about 2.5 miles from the top of Emigration Canyon, ran to the top, ran down the back side then ran to the top of Big Mountain. About +2,533 ft up and down with the 4 miles leading up to Big Mountain accounting for more than half of it.

| Drove down to Orem with Nate for the standard pre-STG tune up and down Provo Canyon with Matt, Mike and a few others. This year we mixed it up and did 3x3 miles at around marathon effort. One interval included miles 4 to 7 and on the way up and the other intervals were on the way down from miles 9 to 12 and 13 to 17. Felt good enough.
