11 miles of running on the ROAD from Highland then a few on the stairmaster. Unfortunately I am not too excited about the achilles. My garmin was also in bad shape and didn't turn on because it hasn't been used in over a month.

Thanks Spencer. That would be convenient assuming I didn't bleed to death trying. Getting blood to the location of the injury is what I need to figure out.

Sorry to hear about this Achilles struggle. It took me a while to heal also. The good news is that in most cases you can still run if your careful. Get well soon.
