Big crew today! Ran with Josh, Jon, JP, Dan, Daniel, James, Anthony and Neil around Holladay and Sugarhouse. Picked it up a bit at the end and finished with 6:38 average. Jon was questioning whether he could feel good about a performance if he used caffeine. He is a funny guy.
