For a change of pace I ran from work to downtown and up City Creek Canyon.  I overshot my planned 15 miles by a bit.

Man, you are really sticking to the plan (plus a little). Great work. How do you feel?

From fly on the Wall on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 17:33:40 from 204.113.19.47

I felt a bit tired while running. Now I feel like I could jump up and run. Must be the 2 big slices of cake I just ate.

From Teena Marie on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 19:35:06 from 174.52.45.85

Must have been chocolate cake!!!

Hey ... do you ever run around 10ish? I am enjoying running after or between classes.

From fly on the Wall on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 22:33:07 from 67.172.255.110

I could on some days. Are your classes at the U? Want to run in City Creek or on the JRP or? Where do you usually run between or after classes?

From Teena Marie on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 23:04:21 from 174.52.45.85

Yes, classes are at the U. I have been running in the Sugarhouse area. (Mostly because I don't know where else to run.)

These are the times I could run.

M: 10 or noon

T: 11

W: 10

Th: 11

Of course it would have to be on an extremely easy/recovery day for you!! :)

From fly on the Wall on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 23:24:09 from 67.172.255.110

The noon and 11 time slots would work best for me. How much time do you have? I would have trouble going to the U, running, and making it back to work.

From Teena Marie on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 23:30:14 from 174.52.45.85

Where do you work?

Monday I have to be back at class by 2. I don't mind going all stinky and gross. :)

Tuesdays are also good since I have an unlimited time after 11. Well, not unlimited, but don't have to get back to class! :)

If you ever feel like company, especially on a Tuesday, let me know. I don't mind driving to wherever it's convenient for you. Like I said though ... you'd have to take it easy on me.

From fly on the Wall on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 23:38:06 from 67.172.255.110

How about Tuesday then. If you'd like we could run from my work on the JRP OR downtown and up Memory Grove.

From Teena Marie on Tue, Aug 31, 2010 at 23:46:02 from 174.52.45.85

Either way!

You will likely not want to run with me one week from today though because I will certainly be limping from the marathon I am running this Saturday. :)

I'm excited to run some new routes! And, of course, excited to run with such a cool guy! Thanks for being willing to show me the ropes on your stomping grounds! :)

Very cool to run some new routes.

From fly on the Wall on Wed, Sep 01, 2010 at 12:59:08 from 166.70.192.189

Let's say a week from Tuesday then. We'll work out the details closer to then.

I'm thinking you must be running Pocatello? Good luck. I really liked that race.
