10 miles - highway 52 loop - Hill section (took left toward Northridge -- up the road/hill).
Total time was 1:15:40
I've been running too fast. I need to slow down on these runs.
6 miles- Kenosha Road - Easy/Recovery run
Oxford Road Loop - 13 miles
Horrible run - I was very tired at 7 miles and stopped for a bit. Coming back was stop and go...not sure why, but just had no energy. Flush it!
Arapahoe Road Loop - 6 miles
4.5 miles with Manny - Slow - Nice easy run
