Was very exhausted and tired.
Ran second half in 1:02:55 -
My goal was 7:30 miles and I averaged 7:15. Even coming back I did better than my goal..but, very tired, tough run.
Crosstrain - Eliptical for one hour
7 miles - high school loop. Recovery run slow - 54:45
Kenosha Loop - 13 miles in 1:35:30
Nice strong run.
6 miles on treadmill - Recovery run - 7.4 mph at 1% incline
12 miles at track. Very windy! Ran in 1:32:09
