Long Run - Oxford Road Loop
Total time = 2:25:25
1 mile warm up - 7.5 mph
10 miles - 8.4 mph, .5% incline
1 mile cool down - 7.5 mph
High School Loop - Did run in about 1:10
Felt very sluggish...didn't feel like running....stopped early (supposed to be a 12 miler)
7 miles at 7.5 mph on the treadmill - 1% grade incline
13 miles - Kenosha Loop
Ran it in 1:35:56.
Felt great...ran too fast, but felt wonderful running!
7 miles slow- recovery run. Ran at track. Averaged 8 minute miles.
