Senior year- Cross Country: 3rd place at state

5k-15:10 10th place at Nike regionals (1 second off nationals spot)

Jr year: 1st place at Footlocker West Regional Boys Junior Race.

2 mile: 9:37

800 meter: 2:02

5K- 16:18

Half marathon: 1:21

Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Half Marathon: 1:29

injured most of all this year so no other times fast enough to report.

 

Freshman year:

1 mile: 4:53

Get in shape for college and stay injury free

Personal:

I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.

I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University

2 miles of hills..... i realized i've been blogging on the wrong week since i started running this summer... i fixed it now but just know that every week moves down.

ran by myself at about 4 so it was stinkin hot. legs didn't hurt i was just tired. streched and rolled really good today. wasnt as bad as i thought it would be.

ran over maverik and to a dirt trail. stretch good when i got home. ready for some workouts!

did a mile trail for my 7th grade sister today since she missed the kids camp one so that added another mile for me. she was looking really strong for a PR of about 6:45. it was on the road though so thats different from the grass mile they do. she did good though

ran around the grass today. seemed pretty long but felt fine

was twenty min late to practice... and it happened to be the day we met 15 min from my house so when i got there the team had a good mile on me. so i ran a fast solid pace until i got them at around mile 2.5 because they had stopped for water. even with the big hills i felt like i did well. running is fun.

ran a little late... around 1pm. was really hot and windy but it was still a good pace. thought a lot about this coming season.
