Today I went cross trained in the water and on a bike. It was a good work-out that worked on my breathing. I did a pyramid in the water of 1min hard 1 rest, 2 hard 1 rest, 3 hard 1 rest and back down again. with a 5 min warm up and cool down. I enjoy seeing the type of people that go there in the morning. Then i bike for 15 min. |
