woke up and warmed up 3 miles. good warm up, first time i raced in the snow.
first lap felt good. i kind of held back a little too much. second lap i picked it up a lot and started to catch up to where i should be. then maintained it the rest of the race never speeding up again. but at the end i didn't sprint at all. i tried but my legs just wont do it. It was one of my best races this year although i still think i can run much faster. just need to make my legs feel fresher |
