Sophmore year: we Won a state XC title for 4A in 2010. And went to regional's finishing 4th

Personal:
I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.
I will be running Cross Country and Track for Southern Utah University
Beautiful day. I ran right as the rain stopped so it smelled wonderfully! As I left I saw Casey just finishing his run, buy he wasn't too tired to add 5 minutes haha
It was nice to run with someone, made it go fast. Added a little fartlek again at the end.
