Short-Term Running Goals: Get in shape for college and stay injury free Long-Term Running Goals: Be on Varsity and help the Team do well. Personal: I just finished serving a full time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints this last june 2015. I served in the Laoag Philippines Mission and learned the Tagalog Language.

| | Great solid run. I don't get winded anymore and can keep it at a decent pace. Felt really good. Did stretching and rolling after. I saw the great Kaylee boyer on my run by chance for my first time since I've been back! I got so excited I almost kissed her, but then I remembered she was married so I didn't :( she is doing good though! She's Still super fast! |

| | Great run today. I threw in a fartleck type thing the last 700 meters which felt good. It felt nice to pick up the pace. I'm also working a lot to fix my form now while I'm still fresh. My feet don't connect to the ground center, so I'm trying to fix that by forcing myself to land that way. Stretched, did a small core workout, and had my sister roll my legs out. I feel good! |

| | Beautiful day. I ran right as the rain stopped so it smelled wonderfully! As I left I saw Casey just finishing his run, buy he wasn't too tired to add 5 minutes haha It was nice to run with someone, made it go fast. Added a little fartlek again at the end. |

| | Decided to step it up a noch to see how I'd do. Ran 2 miles in 15 or so minutes. Felt good. I tried to keep the same solid pace the whole time and I did alright. |

| | Good run today. Felt really smooth. I tried out my short shorts for the first time since I've been back and it felt just like home! :) my legs are so white! Im really pumped to start running with the team in 2 weeks! And start school. My back hurt yesterday after I stretched. Still feel it now when i sit down but not as bad. |

| | Well my coach said he's keeping us at 5 minutes a day anyway once we get up there next week so I guess he wants us to stay there for a while. Good run. Happy day. Great life |
