i really only ran 6 but i wanted to be at the top of the milage board :) ill change it tomorrow.
today we did hill workout at firestation. the first 4 i did all of them at 30sec and the next four i did them all in one min. so i had a really consistent workout. felt really good. going to rub my legs with ice for a while though cause i have a few sore spots. good day though consitering i played basketball this morning at 6. |
